Cracked and settled driveways / sidewalks pose a trip hazard and should be repaired as soon as possible
The flue pipe separated from the fireplace and is a serious fire hazard. Repair should be made before the fireplace is used.
This furnace heat exchanger had a hole in it the size of a dime. This is a severe safety hazard as it leaked carbon monoxide into the the interior of the home. Heat exchangers that have cracks or holes should be replaced by a licensed heating/cooling contractor.
Corrosion on plumbing lines and valves are an indication that leaking may soon begin. Repairs/ replacement should be expected.

Cladisporium mold covered the roof sheathing
because the bathrooms and kitchen fans vented directly into this attic and there was very poor attic ventilation. I recommended venting the bathrooms and kitchen to the outside, increasing the attic ventilation and contacting a mold remediation contractor for evaluation and removal of the mold.
